The weather, currently.

Cloudy skies, but high humidity

Thursday will be another humid day, but this weather pattern is weakening, so cross your fingers that this heavy air will disappear by the weekend. It’ll be mostly overcast today, with a thicker coat along the coast, but the moisture will cancel out much of the sunlight’s reprieve. Highs will float around 84°F, but the atypical heat index will make it feel a couple degrees hotter. Around 7 PM, the thermometer will go back to aligning to your sweat glands, and you can enjoy temperatures in the 70’s. Later at night, the marine layer starts to crepe in, and lows fall to about 66°F.
