Currently in Los Angeles — August 1st 2022

The weather, currently.

Slim chance of morning thunderstorm, then sunny after 11 AM.

If you’re an early riser, the brooding clouds that watched over you on Sunday will continue through Monday morning. They bring with them a 20-30% chance of thunderstorms, but I don’t like those odds. I predict that the skies will set a mood, try to scare ya’ a little bit, and move on.

Once your day is humming by 11 AM, those storm clouds will have burned away, and you’re back to a bright and sunny Los Angeles day. Highs will reach the mid-80s and hang out there for the rest of the week. In the evening, some clouds will come back, but any hopes of storms should be far out of mind by this point. Lows will reach about 64°F.
